PDX Saints Love is a Portland nonprofit serving individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach, housing navigation, workforce development, and basic needs services.
As the organization's contract grants and development specialist, I partner with leadership to identify funding opportunities, develop grant proposals, strengthen fundraising systems, and manage complex government and foundation applications.
Results
Helped secure more than $1.1 million in grants and contracts within the past year.
Developed successful Multnomah County In-Reach allocation ($520,000).
Developed successful Multnomah County Outreach allocation ($382,036).

HereTogether Oregon
Contract Development Specialist | 2024–2025
HereTogether Oregon is a Tri-county coalition working to advance housing affordability and homelessness solutions through advocacy, partnership, and systems-level collaboration. As the organization's contract development specialist, I partnered with leadership to strengthen fundraising efforts, secure institutional funding, and develop compelling proposals that supported coalition-building and long-term organizational sustainability.
Results
Helped secure $50,000 from United Way of the Columbia-Willamette to support statewide advocacy efforts.
Secured $40,000 in general operating support from the Oregon Community Foundation.
Developed a successful proposal resulting in $20,000 from the Ronald W. Naito Foundation to strengthen coalition-building initiatives.
Secured $5,000 in general operating support from Kaiser Permanente.
Helped obtain two years of donated office space valued at approximately $25,000, expanding organizational capacity while reducing operating costs.
Supported the organization's fundraising strategy through foundation partnerships, corporate giving, and in-kind resource development.
Sisters of the Road
Grants & Donor Coordinator | 2023–2024
Sisters of the Road is a Portland nonprofit working to end homelessness through community building, food justice, and systems change. As the Grants and Donor Coordinator, I supported the organization's fundraising efforts through foundation grant writing, donor stewardship, prospect research, and development planning.
Results
Secured funding from the Oregon Community Foundation, Edna Wardlaw Foundation, Jackson Foundation, Clark Foundation, Elizabeth Reed Taylor Foundation, Community 101, and New Seasons Bag It Forward.
Successfully secured seven grant awards within seven months, including re-establishing relationships with previously lapsed funders.
Helped strengthen the organization's capital campaign through foundation fundraising and donor engagement.
Developed and launched a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign that brought more than 30 new donors into the organization.
Managed stewardship and communications for a portfolio of approximately 100 major donors and foundation partners.
Contributed to building stronger donor relationships and long-term fundraising infrastructure.
